However, that mouse is so expensive and most amateur gamers won&#8217;t be able to cash out that much. The <strong>UtechSmart Venus<\/strong> is a much more affordable one, however, it doesn&#8217;t mean it has a worse performance.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Unboxing Video<\/h2>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/BVY3VVmxcTA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>Design &amp; Performance<\/h2>\n<p>Although the UtechSmart Venus is not a wireless mouse, it is actually more portable than the Sensei because there is no bulky receiver\/charging station. You&#8217;ll just need to plug and play.<\/p>\n<p>The only problem is that I don&#8217;t really like the rough surface used on the exterior, they use\u00a0mostly\u00a0plastic which makes the product look cheap. You can see that there is no soft-touch smooth plastic like more premium mice. I guess many users won&#8217;t feel comfortable touching the pebbly texture.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.techwalls.com\/utechsmart-venus-gaming-mouse-review\/utechsmart-venus-mouse-3\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10177\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10177\" src=\"https:\/\/www.techwalls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/utechsmart-venus-mouse-3.jpg\" alt=\"utechsmart-venus-mouse-3\" width=\"950\" height=\"633\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.techwalls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/utechsmart-venus-mouse-3.jpg 950w, https:\/\/www.techwalls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/utechsmart-venus-mouse-3-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.techwalls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/utechsmart-venus-mouse-3-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 950px) 100vw, 950px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The design is actually not bad at all and there are a lot of useful features for gamers. Notably, there are 12 buttons on the left side, a power button (3 clicks) and DPI adjustment button on top of the mouse.\u00a0The side buttons are a little stiff and you&#8217;ll have to press hard to implement a preset macro. All those buttons are reprogrammable after installing the companion software.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.techwalls.com\/utechsmart-venus-gaming-mouse-review\/utechsmart-venus-mouse-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10176\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10176\" src=\"https:\/\/www.techwalls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/utechsmart-venus-mouse-2.jpg\" alt=\"utechsmart-venus-mouse-2\" width=\"950\" height=\"633\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.techwalls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/utechsmart-venus-mouse-2.jpg 950w, https:\/\/www.techwalls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/utechsmart-venus-mouse-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.techwalls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/utechsmart-venus-mouse-2-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 950px) 100vw, 950px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You will also be able to configure 5 DPI settings with different lighting and easily switch between those settings by pressing the button on the bottom. You can adjust lighting on the side buttons, scroll wheel, DPI adjustment button, on the head and under your palm.
