<\/p>\nGoogle has just released an update for its Google+ app for both iOS and Android. The new update brings a lot of new features that will help Google+ push to a much higher position in social networking apps.<\/p>\n
It was not long ago when Facebook totally redesigned its social networking site as well as the app by introducing the Facebook Graph Search feature and adding Messenger feature to the Facebook mobile app.<\/p>\n
Google is struggling from the first day with respect to Google+ since the new social network from Google has still not reached its ultimate point in popularity as does the Facebook.<\/p>\n
The most important feature to notice in the new update is the option to edit your photos before you share it or upload it to your account through your mobile. The new photo editing feature allows user to use different tools like rotating image, cropping, using different filters like drama, negative, retrolux etc. It also allows user to adjust photo saturation, brightness, contrast and other such levels, all thanks to Snapseed for these enhancements.<\/p>\n

Apart from that, the other noticeable change is the new design that is totally revamped in Android version. The posts show more text and when posting an image, the preview is not cropped anymore.<\/p>\n
Options like sharing, commenting and +1 are more highlighted in the app. Now users can also swipe between pictures instead of watching each one of them to go forward. Now they can choose anyone which they want to see, just like Twitter.<\/p>\n
The new update also allows user to share their location with specific circles as well. Just like Facebook, people can now control who can see their contents, updates and other things related to the stuff they do.<\/p>\n
Google is also planning to introduce more rich features like HDR tuning and image sharpening by pairing up with Nik photo add-ons. This will be a great thing for those who are professional photographers. Nik plugins alone costs like $149 (Photoshop, Lightroom, Aperture plugins).<\/p>\n
